The property's location makes it easy to walk to everywhere you would want to go. The city was amazing and I wish we had been able to stay longer. "Everything about Helen's house is amazing! - Beds are comfy - Decor is stunning - Very clean - Excellent location - Everything we needed for our first cup of tea (including biscuits!) We would definitely stay here again."

"Recently refurbished so condition very good. Excellent cleanliness although bathroom shower was in bathtub, so access difficult for older travellers. Front desk & breakfast staff were outstanding friendly & helpful "

"The room was clean but furnitures are old and beat up. The property really need serious renovation, the entrance was closed due to on-going construction. Phone charger and outlets need an upgrade or at least provide portable plug for new tech. accessories. The staff are fantastic and very helpful, I personally feel bad that they have to work under that kind of condition, and having minimum resources to accommodate guests' simple requests"
