Everything about this hotel was excellent - the staff went over and above when we had trouble with our rental. The breakfast offered was great - everything you need to start your day. The only downfall I can find is that there was no parking on site. The parking was in another building (only a short walking distance) but it was another fee to have to pay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. When booking, request a room at the back of the building. Our first night was a Saturday and the music from the pub across the street was SO LOUD we couldn’t sleep. Hotel staff kindly moved us to another room at the back of the hotel which was much better. Staff was very helpful. Alan from the front desk helped us find some cardboard to protect some prints we had purchased at the Craft Village. He went above and beyond for us.

Hotel located in heart of Derry. Walkable to any where for sight seeing. But lots of pubs around the hotel a bit noise as we stay in 1st floor. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. In general was a wonderful place to stay.
