「I did not like anything about this place」

「El lugar es precioso con un río al lado. Y con vista a la montaña. Pero el estado del hotel en general: está muy descuidado. Sería bueno que se enfocaran en repararlo ya que es un lugar maravilloso. El desayuno estuvo perfecto y las atenciones del personal también muy buena.」

「Great place to stay for sleep, not AC but don’t need it, even in summer temperature is about 65 degrees. They bring breakfast to your room.」

「Very nice experience. The host was excellent and service was excellent. Only drawback is that the domes show a little ware and tare. And also it was very difficult to get to this location without a 4x4 vehicle. The roads are not paved and extremely steep. We almost didn't make it. We all had to dismount the vehicle and drive it up the road with no passengers. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying there again. 」
