"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"Die Unterkunft sieht genau so gut aus wie auf den Bildern. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Des Weiteren war auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Wir haben erst ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft gebucht aber auch das war kein Problem und der Check Inn verlief reibungslos. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Baustelle. "La atención desde la llegada fue súper atenta. Nos ofrecieron early check in y late check out. 2 copas de cortesía en el bar. La habitación está grande y el black out perfecto. Sólo mejoraría el aire acondicionado porque no funcionaba bien y nos tuvieron que mandar un ventilador."

"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size and hotel facilities were clean. We did have issues with our TV which eventually got replaced and fixed. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were friendly. Hotel is a great location close to the old town and with plenty of restaurants near by. We did request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes but unfortunately this was denied by the front desk who seemed inflexible to offer any movement on this. Given the check in time of the hotel is 3pm, I feel there could have been some flexiblity on this with most of the other hotels I have stayed at offering better flexiblity and understanding. I understand you can get complimentary 2pm checkout if booking directly with the hotel, so this might be worth considering if you have a later flight. All in all, I would recommend this hotel."
