"Room was sooo hot. Sleeping impossible. Room directly under the roof. No air circulation. Bed was hard as a brick. Basically a thin mattress over a slab of wood. Hardly any water pressure in shower and change of temperature from cold to boiling and back. Maybe a power shower installation as they use in the UK and Ireland would help. "

Die Rezeption ist meistens nicht besetzt und die Anmeldung muss in einem anderen Hotel erfolgen. Auch wenn beim Verlust ein neuer Schlüssel benötigt wird, muss mann durch die ganze Stadt fahren um es in anderen Hotel abzuholen.
Die Zimmer-Einrichtung und die Flure sind veraltet (80-er/90-er Jahre) mit hässlichen Teppichen, aber alles ist sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Das Bad ist...

"Nice place. Spacious rooms. There is no attendant but, was very easy to get keys. Bathroom was overly warm and we could not adjust this. Far away from other city things so, nice and quiet "

"Very nice place, excellent location right between the old center and shopping mall with few minutes walking to both locations. The room was large and very nicely decorated in country old style. The lady that welcomed us was very nice. Parking is not free but available all around at a price of 4 euro for 24 hours. Breakfast was nice and overall we really enjoyed the place."

"Rooms were large. We were on the 10th floor in an executive suite. Tons of room. Bed was super comfortable. We had an issue the 1st night with a faulty A/C but moved to the room next store for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast had tons of options and was nice a beautiful restaurant.
There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the main train station was a 12 minute walk away.
The only issue is the parking. The hotel has limited spots in its own lot. You have to enter and exit with a ticket. Two of the three times we tried to exit, the ticket validation from the hotel did not work and we had to call the hotel for help. A minor issue but it would seem easy to fix by the hotel.
This was our first trip to Brno so i cannot compare this hotel to others in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a lovely week at this property."

"I had a lovely stay, the hotel has a very unique design, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. Wifi working great.
My only negative point is that on weekend nights, as the hotel is very central, the noise from the street really penetrates the room. I didn't mind much but I know some people are sensitive."
