「It was very unique.」

「Great location and great staff, they are responsive and helpful. The private room was good, had two plugs by the bed and a big window for fresh air. The kitchen and common room is nice to have. I do wish the bathrooms were cleaner.」

「Interestingly, the hostel will tie a hand strap to guests, with a metal buckle that cannot be released easily. Just like a patient in a hospital, and looks like a criminal. I forgot to ask the receptionist to release the strap for me when I checked out, when I arrived at the airport, the x-ray machine’s alarm rang, and I needed to conduct a full body security check just cause of this strap. I need to transfer to the airport to get to my home, so I need to conduct two more additional security...

「The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Since it was my first time in Europe, my travel and transportation planning didn’t go well. I got off the bus very late, and it was cold. Thank you so much for letting me stay at the front desk instead of being stranded outside,I truly appreciate it.」

「Nice staffs, very big and comfort public spaces, and comfort bed!! Really had nice time here!」

「Staff was very nice, was a very inviting and comfortable environment.」

「Too many people and a lot of then are drunk. Guy in my room blocked the bed staircase with his suitcase.」
