The staff is incredibly wonderful. I usually don't complain about minor problems, but I wanted everything to be perfect. Every minor problems I had they took care of. The front desk really went out of their way to take care of me. I suggest to take the breakfast buffet, it was fresh, clean, and delicious. The staff for the breakfast was attentive and courteous. It is close to all the attractions Prague has to offer. I will definitely stay here again.

Ich habe noch nie so schlecht geschlafen. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet, die Betten sind schrecklich, die Türen dünn - man hört alles auf dem Flur. Trotz der zentralen und super Lage würde ich leider nicht wieder kommen.

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Reception staff were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well at all due to the level of noise. We could hear guests in the corridors VERY clearly, hear people in the rooms next to us, doors opening and closing throughout the night etc. There was even a cleaner in the room opposite at one point having a very loud phone conversation, even when we'd hung the sign asking for quiet on our door.

Great property very central to pretty much everything in Prague. It’s literally around the corner from Powder Tower and a two minute walk from Old Town Square. Staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little on the small side more like cushions tbh but for me that wasn’t really an issue. Decent bathroom with a decent shower although hot water can take a while to come through. The glass elevator was a nice touch to the hotel. In terms of breakfast there it was ok a nice selection of breakfast items but they are slightly limited in space in the dining area but that can’t be helped. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room itself was quiet and got a good nights sleep every night. They also have free WiFi which has really decent speeds and connectivity. So all in all I had a really good stay there. I’d definitely book again.

Location-close to everything, walking distance to main attractions and landmarks. The hotel is immaculate, gives a feeling of grandeur, the main amenities are classy and stylish. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby. you know that you chose the best hotel in Prague. Breakfast includes healthy choices and variety of food groups. The food staff are friendly. This hotel is world class. Staff are always happy to help and are very respectful and professional. They helped us with lots of inquiries re Prague. They helped us book airport transfer, very convenient. Rooms are meticulously cleaned every day. We walked everywhere and it’s always 20 minutes away from shops, restaurants, iconic cityscapes and old Prague. Our walks felt magical. Everywhere you look is like a post card; cathedrals towers and castles…everything close to the hotel. No need for a car or public transportation. Prague is beautiful. I highly recommend K+K hotel.
