The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. 「This is the perfect hotel for a short-stay! The room I received was on the tiny side, super compact but designed in a way where it's helpful for guests. Tons of hanging hooks and the bed is lifted up so that you can fit two carry-ons right underneath. There isn't much space to walk around in the room so it's more suitable if you are on-the-go and just resting at the hotel at night time. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 「We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. Very warm rooms with lots of broken parts (lights and cupboards) bathroom was very bad, bath was unstable and fell away from the wall. The bath drain lead to a pipe that ran out of the bath and onto a drain in the middle of the floor, this lead to a very wet floor as the water didn’t go into the drain. Inturn flooding the floor.
