"We arrived to find no area to park. Area was terrible ! Every other home had surveillance cameras and beware of dogs signs. Neighborhood had litter strewn all about. I live and work in Detroit michigan so I know what a dangerous neighborhood looks like and this was extremely unsafe. I accept that I have to pay because I cancelled but I feel that I should not have to pay the cleaning fee because there was nothing to clean. Although the home shows its age it was well stocked, had some newer furnishings and tv’s, was comfortable, clean and quiet.
