“Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Great lighting in the bath and great shower. Good breakfast...love the cinnamon rolls!”

“Only 1 towel for a room with a king bed. Shower sinking in so soap bar wouldn’t even stay in build in space for soap, air conditioning okay. Was double charged the pending hold charge which front desk stated they knew was an issue”

“Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see. There is a nice enough fitness facility as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again! One additional thing……

“Will stay there whenever I’m traveling through. Friendly staff, clean rooms. However, bring your own pillow if you’re fussy about pillows. Theirs look nice on a well-made bed, but they’re made for looks, not comfort! Too stuffed and not very soft for my taste. Many hotels are guilty of the same practice.”

“Good things include a refrigerator and microwave, computer workspace, decent climate control, better than average and very adequate lighting, and a budget mattress that was comfortable enough. The biggest downside was a completely trashed computer chair. I asked for a replacement, was told they were all broken, and just got a shrug when I asked about a discount on the rate. Other problems were a sink that barely drained at all, and no soap supplied, though shampoo was. The staff had an attitude……

“This place isn't suitable to be on Expedia. I got bit by bugs, spiders or something in the room.... ”

“The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it……

“There was no Poole and there was no gym !! False advertising. . I would like my money back ! ”

“No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this……
