The place looked run down. The most offensive thing is they barged in and demand for last minute maintenance despite a sign was putting outside for no disturb and told them multiple times to go away. They just unlocked the door and barged in without any apology. It is complete invasion of privacy. When the manager learned about it, he didn’t apologize and said he has the right to determine what the emergency is, which is fixing the door lock, not like typical fire and health issues people always define what emergency is. We got a room to rest and to have privacy. I do not expect this from Ramada. We will pursue further actions.

The rooms were clean, the water was hot and the staff was kind and helpful but the rest of the amenities were far below par. The breakfast was worth not even showing up for and I fully suggest enjoying breakfast somewhere else. The Jacuzzi was hardly air temp and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in years.think of a tub of bacteria and then it's worse. The hotel is pet friendly towards dogs that never stop barking so if you're looking for peaceful quiet at the end of the day, you won't find it here. You are right next to the express way and a few minutes from the airport so travel access is a plus and less than 5 min to downtown Boise and the university. If you are look for a place just to shower and rest your head and nothing more then you're in luck. If you want to spend any additional time at the property you will be disappointed. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at but it's in the top 3 easily

Pool good. Breakfast good. Room was kinda not finished. No toilet paper on the rolls just 1 roll an a 1/4 roll of tp on back of toilet. And the plug situation was kinda scary with so many plugs and extensions plugged into more was not feeling very safe. Door from room to pool didn’t work so kinda disappointed with that too.

Super sketchy activity happening within and outside of the hotel. Disgusting smell in the room. Unclean toilet, surfaces, and bedding. Our skin was burning after touching the bedding. Left immediately and was given grief about the $50 deposit (which they did eventually return the next day). Do not stay here.

The good: comfortable bed and bedding, the Saffron restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was good. The bad: appears short staffed, no one at the front desk when we arrived, eventually had to call a posted number and the employee said they were on break, and would be back in 20 minutes. Others were waiting and we eventually wandered off. We came back later and were able to check in. Property is looking tired. Parking lot needs resurfaced, landscaping and building needs refurbished, room was worn, and bathroom sink did not drain and stayed full of water for the time we occupied the room. We counted three cockroaches in the bathroom. Other things to consider: pricing was good through Expedia, great location i.e. close to airport, freeway entrance and off ramp, pretty easy to get downtown and to riverwalk, parks etc. nearby properties also looking sketchy. I have stayed at a number of Windham properties as I traveled extensively for business before I retired. This was definitely not up to their previous standards.

Awful stay and had to change the room 3 times for the least smelly. Attendant was very rude too. Horrible experience. I would give zero star if it would be an option. Never thought Ramada has such low standards.
