While the staff was friendly, the hotel itself felt like it didn't want the guests to stay too long. The buildings have stairs with no ramp, the elevators are too small for luggage, and most room necessities must be texted and asked for. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. High quality towels. Well located. Great shuttle to the airport. Mostly great staff. Only negative, have to go to sister hotel (2 blocks away) to use a very nice fitness center.
