“It is a remarkably smart setup, with nicely designed rooms. Lobby is excellent, breakfast pleasant. Fitness and sundeck excellent Restaurant Boise Nees on top floor outstanding and highly recommended Only negative was room overlooking a cement wall. Very disappointed”

“This was super convenient for downtown activities. The area was very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well organized.”

“The hotel was busy and the lady checking us in asked the other employee what rooms were available. She said they were down to KRUM’s (as she spelled out to the employee helping me). She pointed to a room on her screen and they booked us in that. It was not very clean: the bed was messy, like it had been remade, the room smelled musty and the carpet was damp and sticky - our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor after walking on the carpet. “The breakfast was great as was the pool. However, we encountered some issues with our room including a shower that drained slow, a coffee machine that was caked with grime, and a sink without a stopper. We brought this all to the front desk and they ran water through the coffee pot instead of giving us another one. That didn’t do anything, so we never had coffee in our room. The drain and sink were also not fixed. There was a group below us that were playing music until 4am. The construction was……

“When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. At no point did anyone offer a different room while we all stood in the hallway with bags. I asked about a different room and no one really responded. Then, the TV wasn’t working (not a big deal, just added to things) and……

“Fantastic location steps away from Ann Morrison Park and across the river from Julia Davis Park -- it's easy to get some exercise and do a little sightseeing right when you walk out the door. Good-sized rooms. Large parking lot. The best hotel breakfast in the smallest, most efficient space I've seen; the mix-in assortment for oatmeal is epic.”
