“The pictures for the room we purchased clearly depicted a room with upgraded features that our room didnt have. Mentioned this to the staff and how we were disappointed to not be getting what was clearly advertised. The employee brushed it off as an issue with Expedia and they would be working with expedia to update the photos. No compensation for us in any way. We would have 100% stayed elsewhere for the cost we paid vs what we received.”

“Excellent place to stay with little kids. The rooms were immaculate and a beautiful safe hotel. We were worried about the parking being public but felt very safe at the hotel’s precaution. A little stunned on the price to park in the parking lot. All in all we would stay here again because of the friendly staff and well accommodating staff.”

“Beautiful hotel! Plenty of parking around or valet available. We slept well on the comfortable bed, and I appreciated and admired the Waterworks hardware.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were nice and engaging. Very big walk in shower, comfortable bed. It was nice having a bar and food right on site. Plus the bar tenders were super nice! The only thing was I had a hard time getting the hair dryer to plug in and wished the AC blew a bit harder. But both those are super minor. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This was super convenient for downtown activities. The area was very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well organized.”

“Really nothing negative or very little constructive for me to say about my first time visit to the hotel. From the time I arrived, I was helped out of the car along with my luggage. The check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They put me on a upper level room without even requesting. The staff mentioned the spa and health club amenities upon checkin, which I had already and very easily been able to book an appointment for a massage and lap swim prior to my visit. The room was nicely……

“I stayed in the Lighthouse Room. Though I was traveling alone I found the room decor to be hilariously awesome! It had a circular bed within a lighthouse drywall fixture and a jacuzzi bathtub with a seashell that pours water on you from above. I felt like I was in the Little Mermaid. Like I said, hilariously awesome and I recommend any couple to stay here!”

“I received a room that wreaked of cigarette smell. I immediately notified the front desk and he walked over to confirm. I was only staying one night, so I kept the room and didn't make a fuss. It was a first floor room which was a convenience with all the luggage and small children. But I should've made a fuss and changed room. I was tired. Maybe front desk should've immediately offered me another room.”
