In the beautiful, safe residential area of Nampa, Idaho! Feel welcomed in our wonderfully designed, new construction home with a fun refreshed style close to everything. 15 minutes to the Idaho Center 11 minutes to downtown Nampa and very close to grocery/liquor stores, shopping, hospitals, and lots of entertainment. You will truly feel at your home away from home!

Details and Descriptions:

This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 1900 sq/feet of comfortable living space.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 55" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Please note there is no access to the kitchen pantry. However, there are empty cabinets to store food!

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with 32' smart TV.
Bedroom 4: The fourth guest bedroom as a comfortable queen-sized bed with 32' smart TV.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a full shower, is fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, open backyard. There is also a large common area close to the house that anyone is welcome to use!

Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and there is also street parking available in front of the house.

You have access to the entire property and common areas throughout the subdivision

You will have access to the entire home. I live a short 20 minutes away so if anything is to come up guests can call anytime.

Nampa has so much to offer. This up and coming residential area of Nampa is quiet, yet close to almost everything you could want/need. Down the street, you will find some of your favorite places to shop such as Target, bed bath and beyond, JC Penny, Costco and so much more. You are only a quick 20 minutes to the Boise Airport, 10 minutes to the Nampa Airport, and 10 minutes to downtown Nampa.

The best and easiest form of transportation is with a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft. Feel free to park your car in the garage and/or driveway as well!

This house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for our stay in town for a baseball tourney & BSU orientation. Bryce was an awesome host and was extremely quick to respond to questions and helped us extend our stay with ease.

1. The only way to fit 14 people in that home would be to have 2 people sleep on the couch (it is not a sleeper sofa). 2. The front bedroom needs black out curtains to block out passing traffic lights and exterior night lighting. 3. We were a party of 10, but the house had only 8 hangers(we purchased 24 hangers and left them for future use). 4. There was no dish detergent in the bottle in the kitchen (we purchased our own and left it for future use) 5. Many, many flies invaded our space. There were no fly swatters in the home so we purchased 2 and left them in the home for future use. 6. We left an unopened bag of ice in the freezer. 7. 2 of us fell off the step down to the driveway off the porch area. One of those who fell skinned her knee and one finger and had to go to the hospital because she broke a bone in her foot in that fall. We would recommend that the edge of that step be highlighted in some way.

This is the first time staying at a Vrbo! It was such a great stay the house was very clean. All the beds were very nice a comfortable! We have no complaints the kids loved staying there also usually we stay at a hotel but this is way better! It felt like home! It was close to everything also! We had a family business trip in Nampa and loved this house! It worked perfectly for us! Our girls loved the bunk beds and all the adults had a big bed which can be hard to find. The location is in a nice/newer neighborhood and was close to several food options in downtown Nampa - which is a pretty cool little city if you've never been! We'll definitely look at staying at this house again the next time we go to Idaho!
