Unplug and unwind at the Couples Cozy Cabin Retreat. Our peaceful and ideally-located log cabin is clean, rustic, and perfect for a tranquil couples getaway, mountain honeymoon or just some quiet time for yourself! Let the stress melt off in the spacious hot tub, where you'll be surrounded by hummingbirds, pine trees, and unobstructed views of Mores Creek.

Location:
Ideally located just off Highway 21, we are a quick 30 minutes from downtown Boise and 25 minutes from the airport. Hiking, hot springs, and the historic Gold Mining town, Idaho City are all within a short drive away.

The space:
This rustic cabin is a single story home with an expansive redwood deck and hot tub, overlooking Mores Creek. The master bedroom offers a custom made king log bed. The well stocked kitchen offers ample counter space with a large picture window with a clear view of the picturesque creek. The dining area boast a large rustic style table, perfect for playing boards games on after dinner. The second bathroom surprises guests with its' spacious shower and dual shower heads. When the snow starts to fall, guests love to cozy up next to the warm, wood burning stove and enjoy the unmatched beauty of winter in the mountains.

Warm & starry getaway

Lovely all around - very clean and well-stocked, comfortable, welcoming, and private. The local owner/management was responsive and proactive where we had a small need - just great. We'd happily return to stay here again!

Amazing View and Perfect Getaway

This property was AWESOME! An amazing view with snowy mountains and the river water running through. Super private area and the hot tub was a huge bonus. We would definitely be back. The perfect get away for us away from the City

Cozy Getaway

Had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay! The ability to hear the creek below while relaxing in the hot tub was blissful. We were greeted by a fire in the fireplace, which we enjoyed throughout our stay! We have added this location to our short list of favorites and look forward to revisiting in the future at some point

Anniversary trip

Beautiful setting. Loved the hot tub. Bed is super comfortable and also the loveseat and recliner. Enjoyed the fireplace. Its retro 70s but part of the charm. Great place.

Gorgeous mountain majesty

Having never been to Idaho, I didn’t know exactly what to expect other than some photos I found online. This cabin sits nestled in a beautiful hillside with gorgeous mountain and creek views right outside. The cabin was simple but very comfortable. I loved the woodfire stove to stay warm, and I am excited to return in the warmer months!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Just such a wonderful cozy cabin in beautiful scenery. However, I have a suggestion for all rental cabins with hot tubs. The tubs would be more convenient t getting in and out if there was something to hold onto like a railing. Many thanks

It was a beautiful location with the stream right off the back porch. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Just far away enough from town to retain it's peaceful feel, and still close enough that a trip to town was simple and quick. We loved the combination of a hot tub, a fireplace and a porch swing overlooking the stream. The perfect location to wind down from our honeymoon.

Shooting stars from hot tub

We had the greatest trip to this wonderful cozy cabin. The fireplace heated the entire living area easily and firewood was provided. We were also lucky enough to see several shooting stars while sitting in the hot tub on a clear night. We had some hiccups before arriving that the hosts clearly and graciously communicated. Some additional hiccups on our end which they were wonderful and understanding about. We hope to come back again!

Great Views

The property was nice, the views were beautiful, and the communication with the host was great. If you have more than one night to spend at this property then do it! It is worth it. If you have a busy schedule like I do and can rarely get away for more than one night I would not recommend booking this property. We booked this property for the sole reason to relax in the hot tub which we weren't able to use. The host empties and refills it after every guest (which is a great thing!) however, because of the age and/or the heating element of the hot tub it never reached a high enough temp to use. We followed the instructions and turned the temp up as soon as we got there but the highest it ever got during the entire time we were there was 91 degrees which was not warm enough to use. The host offered us 20% off our next stay but because we can rarely if ever get away for more than one night we will probably never rebook. to sum it up if you have more than one night DEFINITELY stay here! If you are busy and only have one night I WOULD NOT book this property. It ends up being a very expensive "hotel room".

The cabin is a wonderful vacation destination. It is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and porch swing overlooking the creek! We enjoyed the Boise national forest to the north as well as time exploring Boise.
