My only complaint is that the room was cold. The person on staff in the lobby came up and turned off the air conditioning. But it was still cold. The next day they sent the engineeer up and he explained how the system worked. They need to post how the system works in each room.

I will admit that this particular Hilton Garden Inn is my go-to hotel to stay at in Boise. Few other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Idaho measure up! It is away from the main highways but is close to a main road. It is quiet despite that, and well-placed by the Boise River. The rooms are always clean and the employees are amazing and very respectful and kind. I love the balcony rooms the best because they have a great view, and enjoy the breakfasts there every time I visit. There is also an amazing restaurant, Bardenay, next door, so it is super convenient! I would suggest it to anyone!

Great location, friendly staff, and clean (even with active construction). I am not a fan of their breakfast and especially given that it is an extra charge; however, The Griddle is very close and an excellent restaurant for breakfast.

Expedia shows that this hotel had a hot tub. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned that it is being renovated and was closed for some time. I don’t know weather to be disappointed with Expedia or the hotel for not being accurate.

The rooms were really run down and tattered. Coffee machine was not refilled for the 2nd day stay. Breakfast was "ok" but too expensive for what was served. Fresh baked cookies at main desk were good.

This was our second stay at this property. This property is located right next to the Boise River. There is a paved trail to walk/bike for several miles. Our room had a balcony with a great view of the river. This property is walking distance to downtown Eagle. Downtown is old school wonderful. Wonderful restaurants, bars, and great shopping. The locals are great, very hospitable. The property has a very nice lobby. It is nice to have guests and hang out on comfortable furniture. We played card games, it was very nice. They have 24 hour coffee in the lobby included with your stay. There is a bar staffed by the front desk staff. Don’t order anything complicated, but they provide the basics with a happy attitude. They do offer breakfast for a charge. We did not have breakfast there, but it did look good. Overall, comfortable, great location, nice staff, good value. Enjoy!
