The room has its own private shower and the front door has its own code lock.

The common areas are very spacious and include a fully furnished kitchen, laundry, common living area, smart TV, and fireplace.

Located in an exceptional upper middle class neighborhood in the Crescent Rim subdivision, Depot Bench. Next to the train depot; above the parks; Capitol Blvd; and a 15 minute walk to downtown.

It's nice to share this beautiful home and relaxed environment.
