• The upstairs provides total privacy featuring two bedrooms with private
bathrooms and walk-in closets.

• Both bathrooms have standard fiberglass tub/shower combos.
• The washer & dryer are also found upstairs in a closet off the hallway.
• You will have access to the 1 car garage.
• North-facing back patio with small yard which faces a nice, brand new,
residential neighborhood.
• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs and bathrooms.
• Comfortable beds with high thread-count sheets:
-Main bedroom offers a King-sized bed with a Tempurpedic mattress.
-Secondary bedroom offers a Queen sized-bed with a Simmons

-Living room includes a Queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.

Very nicely appointed townhouse in quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, nice linens, ample space for 4 people. I love the availability of washer and dryer, garage parking and double masters. Really not to far from anything in a new neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again.

There was a glitch in the app so the message from the Host about check-in didn't come through to me. So, even though not their fault, the Host responded quickly and the issue was resolved. The condo was clean and everything we needed was there. The coffee maker was a plus bc you could use pods or loose grinds.

Perfect for our needs

My sister and I stayed three nights for a family event. The condo is located near the freeway and was central to everything we needed. Condo was new, clean and well stocked. Use of one-car garage was a plus. There is no yard, but I did enjoy sitting on the patio and reading. The area is quiet and a nice neighborhood. Lots of walkers. The one thing to know is there are 16 stairs up to the bedrooms. Not a problem for us, but could be challenging for some. The bedrooms were good size and each had their own full bathroom and walk in closet. Very nice.We will stay again if in the area.

Great location for Ford Idaho Center Concerts

Great location to be very close to the Ford Idaho Center. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Loved that both bedrooms had a bathroom within the room. Very comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable and quiet

My business partner and I came to Boise for work and were very happy with this townhome. Was easy to get on and off the freeway, convenient off of Cherry Ln which takes you into downtown Boise, comfortable beds, nice to have ensuites, and a quiet and comfortable place to come home to after a long day! Andy was easy to get ahold of, very responsive.

Beautiful, clean and Quiet.

The area is amazingly quiet and full of shopping and restaurants, close to the highway that leads to downtown Boise. We love to cook and eat at home, this place had all the amenities that a family needs. We really enjoyed our stay immensely. Only advice is to be careful on the stairs as the rig can be a little slippery without shoes or socks on. Still a 5X all around.
