Excellent clean rooms right at the heart of the old city! This place is literally right next to the Two Towers. Everything you want to see at the city is within the walking distance, and you can also walk 5 min to get to the bus stop to get tickets to San Luca Express! Really enjoyed staying here, and I will surely book again if I were to return to Bologna. Thank you!

Very nice room and extremely well located. View of the leaning towers from the room was definitely a plus. Air conditioning was reliable and the room also featured an automatic window. Highly recommend for those looking for a well priced accommodation close to all things Bologna!

It was more like a hostel, but was clean. It was hard to figure out how to get there and using the shower was kind of complicated. I had to ask for a cot, even though I asked them for double beds before I got there. Decent nights sleep.

Very convenient but very basic / value for money

The place is nice, very good for the price. Cozy bed, good bathroom size, big wardrobe however, the wifi signal was bad (both of them) and the elevator wasn't working so is a situation to ask before booking if you're planning to use it or depend of it. If not, is not a problem at all.

I cannot say enough about this company's staff....they go beyond what one would expect. Even though our Google maps showed us in the right spot, we could not find the hotel. I place several calls to the company, and each onr was met with utmost courtesy. They even sent a young woman over to meet us and get us checked in.

Überteuert und KEIN Familienzimmer

Der Standort selbst ist ideal, aber Leute, ganz ehrlich, dass war kein Familienzimmer und auch nicht sicher. Auf dem Boden flogen die Taubflusen rum, Kaugummis lagen verstreut im Zimmer, eine Tuschlampe lag auf dem Boden und die Blende der Schlafcouch war kaputt und nur angelehnt, weil die Schraube daneben lag. Lächerlich zu erwähnen aber im Gesamtzusammenhang dann interessant. Für Handtuch nach den Händewaschens gibt es keine Halterung und eben nicht für das Toilettenpapier. Alles in allem würde ich das Zimmer zu dem Preis auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

The low rating is not really about the lift being broken. It was no fun carrying luggage to the third floor though. The real concern is the staff being unavailable and difficult. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon. Otherwise they are unavailable. No one on site, but also no one reachable by phone except for a small window in the afternoon. We had to call for the code for the room - they only provided the code to enter the property. They did not provide the WI-FI password, so we were stuck with the slow, spotty local one. The positive side is the location, right in the midst of great food and shopping options, and historical center.
