「On arrival, entering the property with digital keys was quick and efficient. We had no issues. Housekeeping staff was excellent help throughout the trip. He was attentive and polite. The room itself was comfortable, has everything you would need for a stay. I would only suggest availability of complimentary water, as advertised on the welcome video, as this was not in the room. 「Very nice room and extremely well located. View of the leaning towers from the room was definitely a plus. Air conditioning was reliable and the room also featured an automatic window. Highly recommend for those looking for a well priced accommodation close to all things Bologna!」

「 The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...
