The problem was with the VRBO app as I wasnot receiving messages from the host; otherwise excellent & great location. And I had not had to do the government check-in to pay taxes at other places I had stayed in Italy

Convenient stay in Bologna

Property was very clean and well stocked. Water pressure and bathroom was great. Very nice to have a balcony. Building and surrounding area were noisy, but we didn’t mind. Apartment is on a main road that led right into the historic area under a covered walkway the whole time. Not luxurious but very comfortable and truly felt like you were in Italy which was nice coming from America.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentrale Lage

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Matratze bequem. Aufgrund der Baustelle vor dem Haus gab es nicht einmal Autoverkehr, so dass es auch noch sehr ruhig war.Etwas lästig ist der Check-in mit einem Link zum Guest Book und einem weiteren Link für den Türöffner, die beide zunächst nicht funktionierten. Der Vermieter sorgte aber umgehend und problemlos für Abhilfe. Wenn man einmal verstanden hat, wie man ohne Schlüssel ins Haus kommt, ist diese Methode eigentlich ganz praktisch. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum, beides ist zu Fuß wunderbar in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Really great property!

We had a great stay in Bologna. The host was helpful and communicative. It was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom is in an upstairs loft with the bathroom on the first floor. I liked the location and within walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and lots of shopping. There is a park across the street. We had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Beautiful loft apartment walking distance to city center

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described, close to shopping, restaurants, and just a short walk to the historic center. We had trouble accessing the building with the provided entry code and our host quickly responded and resolved our issue. He was helpful and responsive anytime we needed assistance. The apartment building has a working elevator, a rare feature in most apartment buildings in Italy. The bathroom is large with a full-size shower and tub combination. My husband is 6'2 and after showering in a kid-size shower in Rome, he was relieved to take a normal shower during our stay. The balcony offers a view of the main street and a park across the street. The large french doors helped keep the apartment cool during the warmer evenings. Overall, we loved our stay in this apartment and would absolutely stay here again!
