In a noble 18th century building, the elegant, newly renovated 82 sqm apartment on the first floor, composed of entrance hall, large kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, large bedroom of 25 square meters with walk-in closet, living room (or 2nd bedroom) with double sofa bed, closet, bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine, balcony on the inner courtyard. Super location for historic centre and also the main station for access to the airport via monorail. Property was very clean and the host was really helpful. Felt at home and I would definitely stay here again.

Sleepless in Bologna

A wonderful spacious fully equipped one bedroom apartment. Great if you’re here to party into the wee hours in the surrounding active neighbourhood. However, if you are not so inclined, be advised that the din from bars, restaurants and motos will not subside until close to 2am. You choose.

Wonderful Stay in Bologna Apartment

Clean and well maintained property within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, shopping, groceries and pharmacies. Good communication with Valeria throughout check in and stay. Valeria's attention to detail and thoughtful extras made us feel welcomed and our 4 night stay very comfortable. Definitely recommend and would book again!

What a wonderful location as a home base to explore Bologna. Valeria was attentive and thorough in communication. A taxi strike made my travels a little complicated and she was able to assist to ensure i arrived safely. Beautiful apartment situated in the most exciting part of the cityCant wait to return!

Very spacious, great location close to centre and good restaurants nearby. It's quite a lively area and was a bit noisy at night but things were quiet by 11.00pm. had a great stay.
