"The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful. The staff at reception were amazing, had breakfast bags prepared for us as we were leaving before the restaurant was to open. The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the food was ‘meh’ for the cost. "

"We arrived early and although the room was ready, they charged us an “Early check-in Fee”. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in and checked in earlier that did that. It involved no effort on their behalf e.g. expediting room cleaning, so it is just a shameless money grab. Check the other FRA hotels first to see if they have this fee if you’re arriving earlier before booking here. "

"Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
