  • Charming chalet style apartment, facing south with a breathtaking view of the Cambre d'Aze, located 5 'from the slopes of Pyrenees 2000 and Font-Romeu, close to all shops.
    Located on the ground floor, it has a ski room.

    The apartment includes:

    An open kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all cutlery and plates, cooking instruments.

    There is also an electric plate with a hood, a microwave, a raclette, melted, refrigerator and small dishwasher. Chests and different possibilities of storage.

    A mezzanine with 4 beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

    A television.

Quel plaisir d'ouvrir les volets tous les matins et d'avoir cette vue magnifique sur Bolquère et ses montagnes. Le logement est très agréable et très bien entretenu.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à proximité des randonnées et de la station de ski.

Aucun contact direct avec l'hôte, ni à l'aller ni au retour. Dommage !..

Nous avons passés une super semaine par contre le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas du tout adapté on a du faire un choix entre faire la vaisselle ou se doucher à part ça propriétaire très arrangeant

Como una casa de amigos

Nos hemos sentido como visitando una casa de amigos, con todo lo necesario! Acogedor y perfecto para lo que necesitábamos: desconexión, nieve y comodidad con todo tipo de accesorios como si estuvieses en casa. El único “problema”es que somos muy altos y la cama de matrimonio de abajo medía 1’90y con tope! Pero nada que nos impida querer volver!!😂

Pequeño apartamento junto al dominio esquiable de Pyrenees 2000. Aunque el espacio es reducido el apartamento está muy bien equipado y es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Por su situación es ideal para hacer excursionismo en los alrededores y para practicar esquí, esquí de fondo y raquetas. En las ceranías hay también atracciones turísticas como Montlluís, los baños de Dorres o de Llo.

INSALUBRE

Malgré son emplacement très bien situé, l'appartement est insalubre. Une fuite d'eau venant de la salle de bain, qui devait dater de quelques semaines , voir de quelques mois, a inondé l'intégralité du parquet flottant. De l'eau sort en permanence des joints, nous obligeant à laisser en permanence, des chiffons pour absorber... L'air ambiant doit contenir au moins 70 % d'humidité ce qui bien sur, a entrainé des moisissures sur les murs, notamment de la salle de bain et de la chambre. De ce fait, une odeur nauséabonde est en permanence présente dans la location. Les matelas sont non seulement en mauvais état mais surtout humides !!! L'état sanitaire de la salle de bain est inadmissible. La mezzanine prévoyant 4 couchages n'inspire pas confiance quant à sa solidité. En résumé, cet appartement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location !!!

Super séjour au ski

Nous avons effectué une location de cinq jours dans l'appartement de Pierre avec nos enfants de 3, 6 et 8 ans. Tout d'abord, la vue au pied de l'appartement est tout simplement magnifique. L'appartement bien qu'un peu petit est extrêmement fonctionnel et nous a parfaitement convenu pour le quotidien. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des pistes de Pyrénées 2000 une navette permet d'accéder à la station mais nous nous y sommes rendu en voiture chaque fois en moins de cinq minutes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour et nous envisageons d'y revenir.
