The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us.

Super week-end !

Super week-end ! La résidence est située au pied des remontées mécaniques et proche de tous les commerces. Le personnel est fort sympathique. L’appartement était propre, calme et bien chauffé. Petit bémol pour le confort du lit.

Résidence très bien située à Font Romeu

Résidence dans le centre ville, face à la télécabine des Airelles Nous étions 5 adultes/2 enfants POSITIF : -Emplacement -Espace et Aménagement de l'appartement (cuisine, salon spacieux avec 2 canapé lit tiroir, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, terrasse) -Accès piscine chauffée (quelques degrés de plus serait agreable!), hammam et Sauna. -Le Calme -Salle de jeux pour enfants (plus pour les petits) -Accès direct de l'appartement à la terrasse extérieure -Bonne literie dans les chambres (canapé lit tiroir dans le salon moins confortable). -Cuisine bien aménagée et équipée -Parking sous terrain NEGATIF : -Parking sous terrain mal indiqué de l'extérieur -Le personnel à l'accueil pas très agréable, nous sommes arrivés 15min avant fermeture certes mais un sourire n'aurait pas été de trop (nous avons bien compris qu'elles avaient envie de rentrer chez elle...). -La télévision ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée (décodeur HS et télécommande en très mauvais état). Le nouveau directeur est venu lui même le lendemain effectuer le changement, Mr très agréable. -Ménage moyen : poussière et propreté douche/baignoire à améliorer -La robinetterie cuisine/salle de bain à changer -Le matériel de ménage à changer : balai usé, serpillière du balais espagnol très sale avec mauvaise odeur, aspirateur très sale et qui n'aspire quasiment plus -WiFi quasiment inexistante Tous ces détails ne sont pas à la hauteur d'une Résidence 4 étoiles, dommage car l'établissement à du potentiel !

L'hôtel n'est pas au niveau de ses 4*

Emplacement 10/10 face au télécabine et en pleins centre. Pratique pour se déplacer a pieds. Un place de parking dans le sous terrain de l'hôtel est comprise dans le prix de la chambre, un petit plus confortable. Appartement spécieux mais vétuste. Entretien a revoir et propreté médiocre. Le canapé lit se transforme en deux lits une place, mais nous dormions dedans avec mon mari car nous avons laisser la chambre a notre petite fille qui se couche plus tôt que nous. Pas du tout confortable. La piscines était trop froide pour nous, et le sol et les douches étaient très sale. J'en attend plus d'un 4*, cette hotel n'est plus du tout au niveau de ses étoiles.

Super emplacement

Séjour agréable, résidence très bien placée au pied du telecabine et en plein centre du village, assez calme. Piscine et espace sauna hammam agréable. Parking pratique sous la résidence. Appartement suffisamment spacieux et fonctionnel mais un peu vieillots, pannes diverses intervenus en cours de séjour (lumières, fuite robinet cuisine, pb lave vaisselle …) Un seul ascenseur pour la résidence, ne pas être pressé. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Très moyen pour le prix

Nous avons dû laver toute la vaisselle. La cuisine et salle de bain n’étaient pas bien nettoyées. Le lave vaisselle était bouché . Les néons dans la salle de bain et cuisine ne marchaient pas. La seule chose positive est l emplacement, idéal pour skier et le parking couvert. La piscine était froid et nous n avons pas pu l’utiliser.

Nous avons été accueilli par une charmante dame qui était à l’écoute mais malheureusement l’état des chambres est déplorables la vaisselle était sale, la salles de bain et toilettes n’en parlons pas ! J’ai eu peur de dormir la bas l’état des drap déplorables il y avait des cheveux à je ne sais qui et niveau réseaux c’est terrible nous étions couper du monde le premier jours car la wi-fi ne fonctionne pas et pas de 4g nous avons fini par avoir de la wifi un jour plus tard ! Les appareils électriques comme la télé date de mathusalem !Sauna, hamam, piscine attraction pour les enfants ! Les règles ne sont pas respectées l’hygiène encore moins et les enfants sont laissé à l’abandon un peu partout donc si vous venez dans l’optique de vous relaxer et passer un moment chill oubliez

Le client paye la femme de ménage !!!!

Le service à l’accueil est rarement présent vu le manque d’effectif… un seul ascenseur il faut attendre 5 min à chaque fois pour monter à sa chambre, le wifi qui marche pas. On m’a facturé 50 euro pour le nettoyage de chambre alors qu’on a nettoyé la chambre avant de partir, quand j’ai appelé pour m’expliquer on m’a dit c’est pour les poubelles !!! Descendre un sac de poubelle pour 50 euro !!!! Et comment ça se fait que c’est le client qui paye la femme de ménage !!!!!

appartement situé au centre de font romeu. parking au sous-sol. piscine annoncé 26 alors quelle n est pas au dessus de 20. hammam et sauna. terrasse plein sud, problème car elle est ajourée, donc on reçoit les saletés du voisin du dessus. équipements de l appartement top, même si tout n est pas propre.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Petite adaptation vue la taille du bâtiment pour se repérer. Appartement propre et bien équipé, parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 ados. Situation plein centre idéal. Piscine trop froide pour nous. Vue imprenable sur la vallée Merci, nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances

Muy buen sitio para ir a eskiar

Excelente estancia. Apartamento limpio, comodo y enfrente de la salida a pistas. Mucha vajilla, muchos utensilios para cocinar, horno, vitro, lavaplatos en el piso, parking gratis con ascensor a los pisos, y taquillas para guardar los eskis. Es muy comodo. Si vuelvo a font romeu, iré alli.

Good location, but very uncomfortable and dreary

Location is great for the cable car, and reception staff are really friendly. However, we were really uncomfortable during our stay and it was a dreary experience: - Rock hard beds - Low watt, cold-white lightbulbs were really depressing choice, giving the room a very grey and dingy feel. - WiFi didn't work. - Our "balcony" was just the public corridor with a table and chairs piled up for occasional use. Looked like some rooms were better than ours though - e.g. better lighting, better views, and private balconies. So we may have just been very unlucky. (Although the awful mattresses alone would be enough to stop us returning - regardless of lighting etc.) We booked a "Delux Comfort" room - is was very far being either.
