The dream villa Landhaus Victoria is located directly on the Baltic Sea, only 30 meters to the beach and offers partial sea view apartments with verandas or holiday apartments with balconies as well as a wonderful view of the forest park property surrounded by pine and rhododendron. Shady relaxation areas with garden loungers and seating invite you to relax on the 2000 m² property. The historic building has been completely renovated and comprises a total of 7 very comfortable residential units with high-quality equipment and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels included. Washer and dryer for a fee. Car parking space free of charge at the house. When booking less than four nights, a short booking surcharge of EUR 40.00 will be charged. The 2 room apartment -Möwe- with bay window, veranda and garden use has a fireplace and a piano. The living area is 60 square meters. A separate bedroom and shower room are available.
