The suite?Shell? is located on the ground floor and is lovingly furnished for up to 2 people. You get from the veranda with living / dining area directly into the garden (barbecue, children's house, table tennis) with terrace. The bedroom has 2 single beds. A shower room and an internet connection is available. The parking for the car is at the house. The apartment is ideal as an addition to the suite Seagull for families.

The historic city villa of the twenties is located on the seafront on a beautiful 2000 sqm. The Landhaus Victoria has been completely renovated and complemented with a stylishly adapted new building.
