“I gave this hotel 3 stars purely because of it's inconvenient location, otherwise the hotel was a very good budget stop-over, typical of French motels, clean and well maintained with secure on-site parking. The lady on reception was super-nice, very helpful with good English. This is definitely not a tourist hotel due to it's location. “The owner “upgraded” what we booked and charged us for the difference. This despite apologies for the “misunderstanding” with our fluent French tour guide (who was and is appalled and will never stay here again.). Moreover, our bikes were tampered with overnight. In short, a shady, unethical and bad place to stay. Steer clear if you value honesty and human decency.”
