“The host Casey is very responsive which we truly appreciated, but "An Oasis", this is not. The house is worn and the bathrooms were not cleaned to the level they should have been. Casey offered to have the cleaning service return, but with a house full of kids, we didn't want the disruption. “We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation.

“Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful ”
