「No one at front desk. Room was cold and no instructions on how together the heat on」

「The woman who checked us in was so helpful and friendly!! We were going to our grandsons graduation and she printed off directions to help us. In the evening we couldn't figure out something regarding the cooling system and the TV and the desk clerk came up to the room twice to assist us. They were so friendly and we love staying there.」

「Property was not equal to the price charged - restaurant was not open, no coffee was available in the room or elsewhere until breakfast. It felt like the property was going out of business or didn't want to be open during the slow period. They should have disclosed how things were. Lots of potential not utilized. It was a beautiful area and the building was great. Staff was great to deal with.」

「We had a wonderful weekend. Inn is a little dated but very cute. Room was clean and we sat out on our balcony with wine at night and coffee in the morning. Needed a dusting but comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend it to those traveling. Great location.」

「If you set your expectations properly you won't be disappointed. Craft Valley Ales is not a Best Western, or Hampton Inn. The facilities are worn. You won't see service people. in fact, during the day the whole place feels deserted. BUT... the price is right, the location is great, and the party is right downstairs! I enjoyed a flight of beers on the outdoor deck. And everyone inside was having a good time watching the World Cup while enjoying some great beers! Craft Valley Ales...

「I did not like the fact to have to drive to the pool because it was raining. The gym very outdated. No water in the outside hot tub. Breakfast did not look good so we skipped it. The pond dock was falling apart, the boat was half sunk with cans littered in it. The pond itself needs upkeep. Ice machine was broke and the bar wasn't open. No microwave in the room. The rooms are nice just to many cons.」
