Birthday Beach Getaway

This is our second time staying in this unit on Bonita Beach. We love the unit, location and proximity to the beach (5 minute walk). The condo had everything you could need. Definitely our home away from home whenever we stay in Bonita Beach.

Family’s Easter getaway

4 days in the sun and Easter in Florida , location perfect and as described. Directly across from beach and bonus a bar/rest. On beach. Very easy to get to destinations local and enjoy what Ft Myers Beach, Naples area has to offer

Great place! Beach was right across the street!! Condo was clean and well stocked! Construction going on around condo due to hurricanes was explained accurately. We would stay here, in this unit again!

Perfect!

This property had exactly what we needed, with close proximity for walking to the beach! Full kitchen was so nice to have. Laundry availability in the building was also convenient and appreciated. Hurricane repairs are still in progress but they didn't hinder our relaxation or fun! Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Condo

The Condo was beautifully decorated and appointed, it has everything needed for a beach getaway. The pools were nice and the BBQ areas were great. Loved our stay , perfect for 2 people.

Lovely

I love the beach, so the location was just perfect. We frequented Doc’s and Coconut Jacks. The room was very comfortable for two. It was great that there were beach chairs and beach towels. Also, the laundry facility was extremely clean and neat.

4 Days in SWFL

We stayed in unit 3204. The unit itself was great for the 2 of us. All the beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels, etc came in Handy. This location is close to Naples & Ft. Myers beach. Doc's restaurant is across the street & was Very good food. Beautiful views. Beach is OK. Would recommend this place.

Relaxing Retreat

Studio was exactly how presented with everything you could need to unwind and go to the beach. The 2nd floor location was perfect and despite this unit not having a washer and dryer, the bld. facility was right down the steps and out the door. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the cart and chairs provided were perfect. I’ve stayed in this complex a couple of times and this was my favorite unit. Make sure you walk to Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grill while you visit.

Simply wonderful week! Excellent location!

What a great week! Lovely renovated condo with new kitchen and furnishings. Very clean and comfortable (especially the bed!). Perfect for my daughter and I. The location was wonderful - right across from beautiful Bonita Beach (walking distance) and easy drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The complex has nice pools and a small cafe. Host was very easy to communicate with and the check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We really enjoyed everything about the condo and location. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book in the future.

Great condo in excellent location

The property was very nice overall. It was well stocked with everything you may need, including tennis racquets, beach chairs, cooler bag, etc, etc... The only thing negative that I can say is the shower could use a little TLC. The shower head is very loose, and there is water damage in the ceiling of the shower area. There is very comfortable furniture throughout, a well maintained pool area and the beautiful beach right across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cute Studio

All-in-all the studio served us well. The decor was very nice as were the staff in the sales office. The Cafe was terrific, with great food and staff and I highly recommend them for breakfasts during your stay. The close proximity (easy walk) to the beach is a huge plus! My only complaints were the construction noise from work being done on the buildings (especially when I was at the pool) and the unit itself had tiny ants on the kitchen counter and on the coffee table. I should have reported this during our stay, but our visit was short.

Just as pictured. Very nice and clean condo. Lots of extras. Comfortable bed with soft linens. Nice towels. Big TV. Updated appliances. Ice maker and water with fridge. Coin laundry downstairs. Good well-lit parking area. Pool temperature is perfect (6 feet on deep end). Nice backpack beach chairs with cooler and pocket on back - 2. Beach towels - 4. Short walk across the street to Bonita Beach - restrooms and showers there. Top 10 area restaurants within a short drive, along with a Publix grocery. We had a very relaxing vacation and would stay here again.

5700 Bonita Beach Road #204

Recently stayed in the condo unit and Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Club. Lovely condo unit. Bed mattress was a little too soft for me, but that is just personal preference. They did have the option of a fold-out mattress and/or a sofa. Enjoyed our stay there and would definitely visit again. The neighboring condo building does have construction during business hours; however, we were not hanging out at the condominiums during the day so it didn't impact us. We could hear it at one of the pools; however, we were on vacation and were not phased by it. Great location with the beach right across the street and fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The grocery store is also close-by. Lastly, the Cafe, located in the condominium complex, features great service, wonderful food, and great coffee! Thanks for a great stay; we will be visiting again.

A great "Beach" getaway

A perfect stay, just a short walk across the street to the beach. Condo was very clean, with everything we needed for the week. Breakfast and lunch on the screened in lanai every day was a treat. This was a nice break from the crowds at Fort Myers Beach, and just a 30 minute drive from the airport. We will consider this again in the future! Larry and Shelley Spooner,WI

Two Week Stay at Beach and Tennis Club

We rented Unit 3204 for two weeks in March The unit is on the second floor which made it very convenient to the laundry area on the first floor and an easy access to outside. It faced the rear of the building and was very quiet except for the repair work going on in building Two. The beach is a quick walk across the street and adjacent to a restaurant with take out food offered. The Kitchen area was fully stocked and all appliances in good working order. The living area couch and chair were comfortable and the king bed was very comfortable. There is a good size walk in closet and all beach supplies were provided in a separate closet All sheets and towels were provided. The cabinetry in the bathroom and the vanity were in excellent condition. However the toilet did not function on day 3 ITrip was notified and responded quickly and the plumber arrived by 2pm to repair it. In addition to that problem the ceiling in the shower area is in poor condition and looks as if there was a leak at some point. There is a large 3 shelve shower caddy that should be removed as one of the shelves was completely rusted out and the towel bar is not secured to the wall adequately and therefore we were unable to use it. We also notified Itrip of these problems but chose not to move forward as we did not want to be further inconvenienced with repairmen during our stay. When these repairs are made I feel the unit is a 5 Star!

Good beach house

Not far from Gulf, room was stocked with beach gear, full size appliances in kitchen. Just be careful of drivers unaware of the pedestrian crossing rules.
