Spacious, family friendly home!

We enjoyed our time here. There was room for everyone. We appreciated the extras like a high chair, crib, and TVs in multiple rooms. It’s conveniently located and offers a great view of the river. The hosts were available when needed.

Heaven on earth

All I can say is WOW! From start to finish this home was more than I ever expected. From the minute you entered the home you could see the little extra touches. Holiday decorations were perfect and just enough. The home was clean and extremely well stocked. So many pool toys, we ended up there every day. My husband was thrilled that it was the first time ever the pool heating was perfect with no hiccups. Kitchen had everything we needed and decided at the last minute to make a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. There were 10 of us and the layout of the home was perfect. My husband and both walk with a cane and the home was extremely accessible. And then there was the million dollar view. Personally i missed only one sunrise at 6:00 am and every one else made it at least once. At the last minute there were some adjustments in our travel plans and Mary was lovely to work with. Best vacation ever. Thank you!

This house was wonderful and had a wonderful view! We hung out in back every evening and swam, used hot tub, Tv and pool table! We came to see our daughter who lives near by and brought are 4 other adult children and sig others and had room for all! Great responses when needed!

Extremely Nice!!

I was blown away by the utter experience of staying in this beautiful home and the view of the ocean. The home was huge and there was enough room for my entire family and then some if we needed extra space. The lanai was a special treat with the bar, pool, and music system. The view was lovely!! I vacation every year and this was by far one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The neighbors were super sweet and the police presence in Cape Coral was a joy to see. I honestly felt like I was in one of the most secure and safest spots in the country. The food was so yummy no matter where I went and Fort Walton Beach was a gem. Please, if you ever visit Cape Coral stay at this home and enjoy!! Mariana and her husband were prompt and helpful if we needed anything. They were great!!

Excited to Get There but Disappointed on Arrival

Let me start by saying we’ve rented homes in this area for many years now and this is our first poor rating. We had a great time in Florida! We love the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and. Sanibel Island area as we travel there every summer. The home was less than what we expected. It has tremendous potential but needs some updates. The kitchen faucet knob and the pool shower knob fall off when using. Most of the teflon coated pots and pans are scratched up and unsafe for cooking. This was a problem as we normally cook dinner half of our nights while on vacation. Beds were not very comfortable so we didn’t rest well. Pool table sticks are broken and worn out. However, the biggest disappointment is the pool/spa area. We’ve never stayed any where the pool and spa couldn’t be used at the same time. Even in spa mode the smaller spa area with most of the jets, did not work, which was not advertised as nonoperational. The pool circulation was poor with the pool remaining dirty all week. Most of the pool flow jets had minimal or no water flow. No pool skimmer was available so we bought one which was reimbursed. Property management finally told us a pool blower had been messed up and was ordered but wouldn’t arrive for our stay. Overall the home is in a great location with a great view but those 2 things don’t overcome all of the issues and updates that need to be made. I would not rent this home again unless updates were made and the outdoor area which is a huge selling point, was completely operational.
