Great studio stay for a long weekend! The shower insert is very loud when shifting your weight but otherwise the condo and appliances are in perfect condition.

We had a great stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the beach equipment that was available at our disposal. The keylock initially was a bit of a challenge but we eventually mastered it. A suggestion perhaps would be to offer a kettle but other than that we loved our stay. We would stay here again.

Beach vacation

We had an issue with the bathroom sink that would not drain. It was late afternoon on a Saturday so Monday one was able to go. But the very next day in the morning someone was sent and the problem was fixed and we had no issues after that. Overall a good stay.

Spring break family trip

Got in late and when we got to the condo the keypad wasn’t working. I combed through my texts and emails and found one email that stated the keypad wasn’t working and there was a master lock chained to the railing with a key for the door inside . However, there was no code for that master lock. I ended up having to call the property management support at 11 o’clock at night, was put on hold. I had three kids with me one that was seven who was very tired. He found a code. It didn’t work for the lock. We waited on hold some more he finally found a second code that did work. We were able to get in but the process was frustrating. The listing stated there was a working pool and hot tub. There was a full pool and hot tub filled up. However, there were no chairs. There was no one in them. They were obviously not open.The location was nice but the property itself offered nothing for my family and we spent no time there and had to go off and spend money other places due to the lack of pool and amenities.

Stay was good. Pool/hot tub still not open Room itself was nice. No sheets for spare Beds. King bed needs new sheets. Great location for two. Decorated really nice, just two many decorated pillows.

Construction/TV instructions

It was reasonably clean, floor of the bathroom shower kept popping due to it not being level, small ants in shower, soap provided inadequate, there was major construction around the building, check-in instructions were inadequate, parking pass, not available Due to hours that the property manager was open, no warning about red tide in the Gulf of Mexico No icemaker in refrigerator. TV instructions were not adequate. Roku TV was very poor, the Super Bowl on Roku TV was almost like it was in black-and-white.The TV instructions said there was cable TV for regular TV, there was no option to get cable or regular TV. No handrails on steps leading into the building. Had to walk across a construction site in order to gain access to the building.

Amazing beach with a short walk to it!

This property was exactly as described. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The beach is just a short walk across the street!! Highly recommend staying here!

Best condo steps from the beach.

We stayed here specifically for the beautiful beach right across the street. The chairs, wagon and umbrella came in handy everyday for our beach sand and sunshine relaxation. The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. We highly recommend it!

Great little condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location to the beach and few good restaurants. Lots to do. We went bike riding, kayaking and played tennis. The beach chairs and cooler that came with the condo were awesome. So convenient.! We would stay again!

Beautiful Bonita Sunsets

The unit was clean and updated. Restaurants were close by and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The pools were nice. While we did not use the pickle ball, tennis or bocce courts. They seemed quite popular. We would stay here again.

A really great place

Very clean and updated! We had trouble with our tv and Amanda had to come twice to help us out. Even on her day off. The unit was nicely decorated, my husband mentioned. “ she must watch HGTV” 🤣. Very good location, close to beach and many restaurants

January getaway

Overall, a great place to stay. We were there Jan. 4-11/2020. We played golf, shopped and did a kayak tour. The unit is clean and very modern and up to date. We had plenty of towels and accessories for a week's stay. If I could make some suggestions: more dishwasher soap. We were given 3 pods for a week's stay and since we made full use of the kitchen this was not enough. You can't buy just a few pods at the grocery store. Also, a broom would have been useful. Just to sweep up a bit during the week. I know these are not major issues and certainly not a negative for this beautiful unit but just something you may want to think about. Your AC also may need some upgrade. It was not humid while we were there and therefore we could get the unit cool enough but not sure if it would be able to keep up if it did get hot outside. It was noted in previous reviews so I think it should be a priority to get it working top notch!

Excellent condo steps from the beach!

Extra clean, well stocked with everything you could need (except food!). Bed is comfortable, bathroom is bright and clean. Well decorated, very comfy and cozy! Would have given it 5 stars but the air conditioner never fully cooled down the condo in the week we were there! We were advised not to set the temperature below 67 degrees or it may freeze up...and then we wouldn’t have an A/C for the week!?!? They never called back to check on us and we just decided to live with it-as we were on vacation and not up for any kind of a confrontation. This will be a great condo to utilize in the cooler months when it’s not so hot and the A/C isn’t such a necessity.
