2 heated pools full sun from 1-5 pm incredible views and affordable price great vacation in Bonita Springs.Owner quickly answered questions. Didn’t know we were in building 4 so that needed to be communicated better but owner clarified the building when we questioned why code wasn’t working. It worked once we were in the correct building lol! Would stay again. Comfy bed. Lots of towels left including two for pool. Best suited for 2 adults.

Janine, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful when contacted. We would get reply back literally within a minutes!The condo is conveniently located in walking distance to a Barefoot Beach.

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before and during arrival. We were visiting our daughter at Florida Gulf Coast University and condo was in a convenient location. We could walk to the beach and 2 restaurants.

Short walk to beach

Walkable/bikeable. Safe area. A few restaurants within walking distance. Pretty area. Friendly. Pool was also great. Some of the beach items: beach wagon wheel was missing, umbrella didn’t work correctly, pink float wouldn’t hold air. That did not take away from our stay- we still had a great week. Thank you

Great condo close to beach.

I love that the beach was a short walk across the street! The kitchen and living area appeared to be remodeled. The bathroom needs some cosmetic work. The ceiling fan didn't work which I was told is being replaced this week however that didn't help us at all. Apparently, the previous owner did not wire correctly, and this needed to be fixed. There were other fans available that we used but the bed was high from the floor, and we really didn't feel much of the breeze from the fan. I did purposely look for a condo with a ceiling fan in the bedroom when I searched before booking so that was disappointing. Closet door fell off the track the first time we opened it. Around the doorknobs in the bathroom and door going out was dirty. I know this condo was recently purchased from another owner and that I believe it is currently being worked on. Bed was very comfortable, and the unit was very clean other than around the doorknobs. Balcony furniture was very nice, and we would sit out there every evening. Unit is quiet other than the traffic outside. (It was very busy when we were there!) Beach chairs, umbrella a wagon and many toys for kids were provided to use. There were board games as well which was a nice touch. Overall nice condo, great location, great beach and we had a great time!

Good Location

Check in was very easy, we had one issue after hours, but someone was there and had the problem fixed within an hour. The location was great for walking to the beach and there were chairs and toys available to use, also, walking distance to a few restaurants. Coconut Jacks has great food. There were additional pillows in the closet, but when I looked at them they were filthy, I also did the dishes before we used them because they didn't look real clean, but the rest of the condo was clean, we could tell they are working on remodeling and it looks very nice. The pool was nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. If we came back to this area I would stay here again.

It was super smooth check in, even though we were late they reached out and had the keys waiting for me in a drop box. The location was great it was walking distance from the beach. We will definitely be staying again

Incredible Experience

There were several couples that stayed in the same building as us and everyone raved about how great our room was compared to theirs. . The decor was very elegant and screamed “beach vacation”! There is a slight side view of the ocean but you’ll never be in the room long enough to need a full ocean view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, we slept like babies! All the appliances are new and water dispenser on door is filtered and there are ice cubes trays and container for easy access to ice. Greg and Estelle were extremely accommodating and answered all questions quickly—especially when I realized I needed to add a day at the last minute. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this room for anyone!

Best Vacation Ever!!

I am so happy my husband and I chose this property to stay. I like things clean, and this place was clean; that is the best thing I could ask for. It was beautifully remodeled with new appliances that made cooking a breeze. The kitchen was completely stocked, you will find EVERYTHING you need. They provided beach chairs, carts, and umbrellas, and the walk to the beach was only a few short minutes; my three-year-old had no problem walking it. The owners are so amazing and will respond quickly if you ever need anything. My young children had the best time. My husband and I had the best time. The saddest day of our trip was the day we left, and we cannot wait to go back, and we will definitely stay longer.

Our Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we have only good things to say. The location is great for those who want to go to the beach everyday because it is in walking distance. We were provided with beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, coolers, pool noodles, games, and more. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels available. There was nothing we thought “we wished we had”. We had a great stay

Memorial Day Weekend!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property over Memorial Day weekend. We flew in late on Thursday night and were able to easily pick up the keys - the check in process was very easy. The condo is beautiful and is equipped with everything you need for the beach – beach chairs coolers, etc. there were no beach towels so we bought them from Publix, instead of using the shower towels (which were plentiful). There was a Keurig in the condo that had k cups, which was great for the morning! The appliances are also all updated, and the refrigerator supplies ice which was very helpful for packing the cooler. The location is perfect, right across the street from beach and a short drive into Naples or Ft. Myers Beach. Overall, it was a great vacation! We will definitely be back.

Good stay

The condo had few items that needed to be addressed and the property manager called maintenance right away for those items ( the accordion wall was not properly and the toilet was not bolted on tight). I would suggest blackout curtains to keep light out for those in the pull out couch- also the door was not sealed well from the hallway so the air conditioner was constantly running making it hard to sleep. overall the property was maintained nicely and had easy access to the beack.

Bonita Springs Get Away

We have stayed in the group of condos a handful of times and this property is very nice. We read a review of this unit whereby a renter had criticized traffic noise. This was very unfair as south Florida is super busy December-March due to 20 plus snowbird states' snow birds traveling south during this time. Kitchen appliances are new, the den tv is large, the balcony furniture is nicely appointed, the bed large and firm, and the beach "cart" and chairs very functional. Great ice maker! This complex is a very short walk to a great beach across the street! We would definitely recommend this unit.

1 week stay at Bonita Beach property

This unit was upgraded with fresh paint and appliances. Unfortunately the balcony faces a busy road to the beach, so it is very noisy. Constant traffic. Building is quite old and definitely showing it’s age. Because of age of unit, the screen that separates the bed area from the living room area does not close so there is no privacy if someone is also sleeping on the hide a bed. Don’t know how the electricity is in code compliance? Electric outlet in bathroom is a foot from the sink and a GFI outlet was not installed so be careful if you are plugging in anything in the bathroom. The online amenities list shows washer/dryer . I assumed it would be in each apartment. Nope, you have to go to another building with coins to wash or dry clothing. Nice feature is that one of two pools in the complex of multiple buildings is right outside. BUT the pool loses all sunlight around 11AM. For early risers it is ok but if you want to go to pool at noon or later, be prepared for being in the shade.
