“Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms……

“Choosing to stay at Pousada Olho D’Água during our time in Bonito was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. The property is impeccable, peacefully hidden in nature and surrounded by fruit trees, where we even got to pick delicious, fresh mangos. The rooms were comfortable and well sized, equipped with air conditioning and a lovely bathroom with an excellent shower. Waking up there was an experience in itself: macaws and parakeets became our natural alarm clock, gently forcing us out……
