Excellent value for money with great location!

We were very happy with our first stay, in room 5; the room was nice and clean, aircon quiet and effective, plenty of hot water in the shower, great service, nice pool and really friendly staff. Brilliant location right in the city centre. For this rate it was excellent value for money. Our second stay, we moved to a larger room, number 9 - but unfortunately this room was very noisy. The windows could not close properly, and the street noise was very loud (saturday night..) . Apart from this, we were very impressed with the hitel.

Good value, noisy guests

Excellent value for price. Outside of high visitation ie holidays provides exceptional value. Building appears well maintained, the room was a tad on the small side yet comfortable nonetheless with ensuite bathroom, shower, refrigerator, air conditioner, double paned windows or so it seemed. The big downside was the noisy thoughtless guests who insisted on drinking, playing music far after the cut off time of 10pm. As the building itself which has a number of wings very close in around the pool, those guests with rooms such as my case nearest to the pool can have a hard time sleeping. Locals are quite thoughtless in regards to the sleep requirements of others. I counted over fifty bottles of beer strewn poolside which is neither here nor there. Yet bespeaks of the managements lax enforcement of the rules ie 10pm. My stay was greatly enhanced by a staff member who spoke excellent English providing insights on life in Brazil.

Good price for a good ubicated hotel in the center of Bonito. But if you have back problems it’s not recommendable because the beds are not good. Queen size bed was made of two single beds so it has a gap in the middle.

Estadia boa, possui estacionamento porém é fechado para hóspedes, para achar vaga para estacionar na rua é bem difícil, deixei meu carro a 1 quadra. Cafe da manhã é cobrado à parte e deixa muito a desejar, faltam talheres nas bandejas para pegar os alimentos e ambiente muito pequeno com poucas mesas e quente. Localização do hotel muito boa. Quarto e colchão bons, banheiro muito apertado.

Sobre o quarto do casal, as camas eram de solteiro e eles juntaram para ter uma cama de casal, mas a altura das camas não era a mesma, então, tinha um desnível que não era pequeno. O atendimento da recepção só vende dificuldade.

pessoal da recepçao muito atencioso apesar de ter somente 1 funcionario pela manha e outro pela tarde/noite. Excelente cafe da manha. Limpeza dos quartos fraca e não é diaria. Localização excelente - tudo perto.

Tudo o que precisei foi atendido! A única coisa que senti falta foi de mais canais na tv, pois só pegavam dois! O hotel não oferece estacionamento e achei um pouco perigoso deixar na rua, já que é bem movimentada e não tem uma sombra! A localização é perfeita, mas contém barulho que pra mim não foi problema nenhum! E eu fiquei em um quarto com a sacada direta para rua rsrs O atendimento é impecável, estão sempre dispostos a nos ajudar! Lembro da Rafaela e de um outro rapaz que esqueci o nome!

Hotel extremamente complicado no processo de checkin. Dias antes da viagem já ficam pedindo dados para o checkin. Outro ponto negativo é que não tem estacionamento para veículos. Vc precisa deixar o carro na rua e na região e difícil achar lugar para estacionar. Eu optaria por outro hotel

Barulho do bar da frente atrapalha muito

Me hospedava sempre no hotel, só nesse ano foi no mínimo 5vezes, porém a última Quarto virado pra rua, foi impossível dormir com o barulho da rua apenas 3h da manhã que acabou , sei que o hotel não tem culpa, porém pedi para mudar o quarto na próxima diária e não foi possível. Gostava quando era o outro porém foi fechado. Até tentei falar no telefone para reservar novamente se me garantissem um quarto pro fundo porém não consegui contato e não vou reservar podendo ficar nos quartos pra rua

Hotel com quartos apertados. Café da manhã simples. Colchões velhos. Boa localização. Hotel básico para jovens, porém com a mesma tarifa você consegue melhores opções em Bonito, e um 2 estrelas melhorado. Atendimento dos funcionários é péssima.

Atendimento excelente. Não Possui isolamento acústico e, por estar localizado em região central, o barulho à noite incomoda um pouco.No quarto em que fiquei não estava funcionando a água quente do chuveiro, estava frio e tive que tomar banho gelado.
