「convenient location, easy to find it. Near to the city centre.」

「I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. During our staying, we asked room service, but no...

「The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」

「A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay.」

「Alt var okay super godt til overnatning」

「We loved this guest house! The owners and staff were very hospitable and welcoming! Despite the high temperature, our room was cool. The food was excellent and I enjoyed the local wine. We were traveling with two dogs and felt the ground floor room was ideal. It is also very close to Nürburgring! Highly recommend!」

「Good thanks 」

「Persoonlijk welkom door eigenaar. Fijn hotel-appartement, modern, rustig gelegen, comfortabel, gastvrij-gevoel.」

「附近風景很漂亮，鄉村的感覺，飯店乾淨」

「Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.」
