ABZOCKE! Trotz vorheriger Zahlung wurde ich nicht ins Hotel gelassen. Buchung angeblich storniert - ohne vorherige Info (eine Stornierung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten). Mein Geld ist weg, ich erhalte keine Rückerstattung! Finger weg! Das Hotel reagiert gar nicht

Nicht nur, dassxeinem der Automat den Zimmerschlüssel vor die Füße wirft, die Zimmer waren schmutzig, der Fußboden klebrig, in der Toilette waren die Überreste des Vorgängers, die Bettwäsche war fleckig und mit Haaren gespickt...
Letztendlich haben wir keine halbe Stunde nach dem Einchecken wieder ausgecheckt. Personal war keines vor Ort, so dass eine "Nachreinigung" drr Zommer nicht geleistet bzw. erst far nicht gefordert werden konnte.
Auf mehrere Emails an das "Hotel" haben wir keinerlei Reaktion erhalten. Eine sehr fragwürdige Firmenpolitik und von Service keine Spur.

Es kam nicht zur Übernachtung in diesem Haus. Wir konnten den Eintrittsautomaten nicht bedienen, weil uns die Schlüsseldaten fehlten. Auch eine telefonisch angeforderte Hilfe kam nicht zu stande. Im Haus war keine Empfangperson anwesend

Die unterkunft war nicht ganz sauber, die wände sind dünn und man hört die zimmernachbarn leider durch. Nino der Zuständige vor ort war super und sehr bemüht. Das war top. Schön ist es, dass es eine Küche gibt und man auch selbst kochen konnte. Es war alles in allem ok. Die Lage ist eins A und wer es nicht astrein braucht für den ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub
Wir waren nur für 2 Nächte im Urlaub. Der Kollege vor Ort war immer ansprechbar und freundlich. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksangebot, welches wir in dieser Form noch nicht kannten, aber es ist alles in der Box drinnen was man zum frühstücken braucht. Hervorragend

Eieiei, ich brauchte das Zimmer wirklich nur zum Schlafen und dafür war es in Ordnung.
Ansonsten wurde es den vier Sternen gar nicht gerecht und Gäste die länger bleiben oder pingelig sind, werden sich gewiss beschweren. Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und gehört getauscht. In den Ecken, aber auch generell war es recht staubig und nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Toilette und Dusche müsten auch mal grundgereinigt werden. Der Kühlschrank war leider nicht zu gebrauchen: darin stand das Wasser und die Tür zum Kühlfach war herausgebrochen. Mikrowelle und Geschirr waren schmutzig.
Hat mich kaum weitet gestört, aber sollte mal jemand drüber schauen.

Schöne Unterkunft

On a dû appeler la police / wir riefen die Polizei
Chambre catastrophique avec des traces de selles sur le canapé et des flaques d’urine fréche dans le lit des enfants. On attendant de l’assistance de 15h à 18h30 car il n ‘ya aucune réception seulement un numéro de téléphone et c’est jamais la même personne qui répondait… aucune aide concrète jusqu’à 19h, à l’arrivée du Concierge mais qui ne pouvais pas faire grand chose de son côté à part nettoyer mais on ne voulait pas car il y avait des grosse trace de selles nauséabondes, impossible de rester meme apres un « nettoyage » le patron par téléphone ne pouvait pas nous reloger car tour était complet, alors on a demandé un remboursement pour partie chercher un autre hôtel, on a dû appeler la Police car il était de mauvaise foie mêmes les policier ont faillit vomir en constatant la chambre… on a déposé plainte et on a dû sortir chercher un autre hôtel (20h30) pas idéal avec des enfants de bas âge. Je vous déconseille fortement ce lieu. Sauf si vous voulez gâcher vos vacances. Affaire à suivre car on ne lâchera pas jusqu’au remboursement du moindre centime.
