Restroom was very dirty with stains under toilet seat and mold along bottom of shower curtain. The shower drain was clogged so we were not able to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk attendant about the drain. She was cordial however she was not able to do anything besides send management a message since it was past 9pm. It was 9:10 to be exact. Management never showed up or called us. We left the following morning at 9am without any word from management. I will never stay here again and they should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Und auf jeden Fall hatte es „Charakter“. Das mag ich. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: es gibt im gesamten Hotel keinen TV-Anschluss. Das es nicht explizit in der Hotelbeschreibung auf Expedia geschrieben steht, heißt für mich noch lange nicht, dass es keinen Fernseher gibt. Das gehört meiner Auffassung nach zum Mindest Standard. Frühstück war an einem Tag sehr gut, am zweiten Tag nicht: schmutzige Teller und verschimmeltes Brot. Das geht gar nicht. Ein weiteres mal buche ich dort nicht.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel had a boutique feel to it, the entrance was in a quiet courtyard-type space, which felt exclusive and quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable and there was lots of storage for clothes. Also, it is waking distance from the train station, the cathedral, and the main shopping and eating district. My only issue was that the shower head was difficult to use and kept slipping down, making showering comfortably a challenge. Otherwise, recommend.

Unser Zimmer sah aus, als sollte es eigentliche eine Baustelle werden. Kabel an der Deckel, flackerndes Licht, defekte Lampen, defekter Fernseher, in 7 Tagen keine Zimmerreinigung. Unter dem Bett türmten sich Staubmäuse, auf oberen Kanten im Zimmer lag Müll. Außerdem war die Duschbrause defekt und das Wasser wechselte zwischen kochend und eiskalt. Der Müll wurde wurde nur nach Beschwerde mitgenommen. Rezeption war dafür sehr bemüht. Park Möglichkeiten gibt es vor Ort keine, das 10min entfernte Parkhaus kostet 7€ pro Tag. Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt sind gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Personal ist nett gewesen und der erste Eindruck gut. Jedoch war der Duschkopf defekt und die Badewanne dreckig was uns ein wenig geärgert hat.

Bizarre experience. Check-in took 45 minutes and required me to blunder alone around a dark, empty, dirty hotel looking for a room that didn't exist. Lights off, staircases leading nowhere, furniture upside down, dirty coffee cups on the tables, reception desk unstaffed, no heating in common areas. (The photos on this site seem to have been taken 10 years ago.) Eventually had to phone a Stuttgart number to get directed to a different building in which there was a single room with barely-functioning wifi, a dirty shower and a door onto the street that wasn't fully lockable. Also, I discovered by accident that my key also unlocked a room occupied by another guest. Would not recommend.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und renoviertes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage mit Blick zum Innenhof. Schön zentral zur Innenstadt wie auch zu den Kneipen der Bonner Altstadt. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohl gefühlt.
