I will avoid this hotel at all cost. My luggage and baby staff were taken out of the room after the check out hour although I spoke at reception and asked to have a late check out. The manager and staff at the hotel were very unprofessional.

Frustrated by the lack of air conditioning as the listing states they have it but they wouldnt turn it on when i asked. They said they were awaiting paperwork from the city and couldnt do so? Than why was it listed?

Das Hotel liegt extrem günstig, man erreicht es problemlos zu Fuß vom Bhf., und man erreicht vom Hotel das Stadtzentrum, das Münster, z. B., in fünf Minuten. Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Ohren haben, können die Zimmer zur Thomas Mann Straße manchmal laut sein, vor allem wenn sie früher schlafen gehen, wegen Straßenbahnverkehr.

Morgens aus dem Flur heraus so laut, dass ich irgendwann gegen 8 Uhr richtig wach war, auch die bereitgelegten Ohrenstopfen halten nicht weil sie über Nacht raus geruscht waren – der Kernzweck (Übernachtung) wurde nicht zufriedenstellend erfüllt. Zimmer zum Hof, von draußen ruhig. Vorhang-Stoff verdunkelt zuverlässig, war nur ein Ticken zu kurz – störte mich nicht sonderlich, ich war ja eh wach. Flur, Zimmer und Bad originell eingerichtet, die Schränke elegant und praktisch, das Bad für meinen Geschmack arg düster und die Armaturen elegant aber unpraktisch. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich & fähig.

Wir waren eine Nacht in Zimmer 24. Es war schön ruhig und das Bett ist wirklich bequem. Nur der Wasserhahn hat die ganze Zeit getropft das war nervig. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für 1 Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung. Sauber.

Brilliant location, unfortunately Saturday night can get extremely loud with the on site restaurant playing live music until 12am, we never had handwash in the bathroom for the 4 days we were there but towels were replaced and the bins emptied, the bathroom did smell a bit and the shower head sat at a funny angle so you had to go flat against the wall to get a shower, it would have been nice to have 4 seats in the outside area but all in all the room was big, the selling point of this hotel is definitely location, staff were friendly

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, für den Marathon. Beim Einchecken, die junge Dame war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar den Weg zum gezeigt, weil wir die Treppen bzw den Weg nicht fanden. Auch auf die Nachfrage hin, das wir noch Bettzeug bräuchten, war dies kein Problem und bekamen dieses auch. Sie hat sich entschuldigt und konnte es nicht verstehen, dass wir kein zweites hatten. Fand dies aber nicht schlimm, kann passieren. Zimmer war in Ordnung, da wir "dorfkinder" sind, musste ich mich erstmal an den Lärm der Stadt gewöhnen, aber kein Problem, mein Sohn, der Läufer konnte schlafen, ich habe mir ein Hörspiel angemacht und alles war gut. Das einzig Laute, was dann störend war, waren die Zimmermachbarn, welche erst um ca 1 Uhr in der Nacht in ihr Zimmer kamen und einen Aufstand hinlegten, wegen fehlender Bettwäsche, mitten in der Nacht, wo man sich ja Nachmittags schon hätte drum kümmern können, wie wir. Mein Sohn schlief, dann dachte ich, ok, mach keinen Aufstand. Frühstück war super, alles vorhanden, Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und fragte auch nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Für den nächsten Trupp, werden wir wieder hier buchen

Alles in allem war es in Ordnung, ! Dusche( Badewanne mit Vorhang), dringend Reparatur dürftig! Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig 😌 Personal, äußerst freundlich 👍
