  • Find a relaxing space while away from home with this Private, Safe and Wonderful layout in Bonney Lake, WA!

    After a hard-working day enjoy the back patio and leave out all stress away. We have a furnished and recently renovated private apartment available in a safe, quiet and separate living area. Our Classic furnishings & decorations come with fully equipped kitchen waits for you! Plenty of outside space and High Speed Internet to stay connected all day long.

    Less than mile away, you can buy groceries at Grocery Outlet, Costco Wholesale, and Walmart. Other stores nearby are Fred Meyer's and Safeway. Lots of restaurants like New Peking, Hops n Drops, and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews very close.

    Pets and outside smoking allowed.

    Laundry room available.

    THE PROPERTY

    The fully equipped kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for you.

    Gather around the dining room table, which seatsi 6, to share dinner and have a great time.

    The main family room has ample seating, with a comfortable couch and recliner. Settle in and watch a movie on the equipped flat-screen TV.

    At the end of the day, retire to one of the well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep! The bedrooms feature a comfortable queen bed.

    Spend your morning relaxing out in the backyard among the flora and fauna while admiring the stunning sunrise. The outdoor space also offers a table with an umbrella that sits up to 8 and BBQ. The sunset view from the backyard can't be beaten and is the perfect place to unwind for the evening.

    Bonney Lake has become a premier city for families and communities in western Washington, Puget Sound, and the eastern Pierce County region. Located just a short drive from Seattle, Tacoma, and neighboring Puyallup, Buckley, Sumner, and Enumclaw, the region has the best of both a big city and friendly community living. With easy access to the Sounder, with a train station located just down the hill in Sumner, commuting to work and school is made easy with many bus routes coming and going from the Bonney Lake Park and Ride.

This was a fabulous find! This property is exactly as advertised, and then some. Communication was quick, thorough, and helpful. Sweet Retreat stay

Karla’s Sweet Retreat in Bonney Lake was a perfect vacation home to stay in for a month. It felt like home and the location is close to everything yet in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Her back yard which the kitchen opens up to is so peaceful with beautiful flowers and trees. Karla is lovely and so helpful for information about restaurants and the community. I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Loved our stay! We had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was set up for us as soon as we arrived. Our dogs loved being able to play with bubbles outside almost every day of our stay. Karla responded quickly to our messages and was a very gracious and understanding host. The location is great - easy access to everything and quiet at night. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The property is big and has abundance of space both in the front and back yard. The ambience is very homely and our host, Karla, is a sweetheart! Only downside would be the entrance which is located inside a garage, but apart from that the place is splendid and would highly recommend.

Home away from home

So nice to be able to relax in our own space and the dogs having a yard to stretch their puppy paws, not being couped up in a motel room. Curling up in front of the wood stove and reading and relaxing was wonderful. Thr only downside was the trek to and from Argus Ranch for dog sports was a bit far, 30-35 min depending on time of day, twice a day, made for a lot of road time each day. For bigger vehicles, like my truck, making the turn into and exiting the property was a bit more challenging as the entrance for a 90 degree turn wasn't very wide. Overall, hostess was very generous with amenities, helpful and accommodating. Very pleasant experience! 😁

Sweet Stay in Sweet Retreat!

Super clean. Beautifully decorated. Quiet place for us and dogs going to our National Specialty dog show in Auburn. Personal note on arrival, treats for the humans along with fresh cut flower bouquet on the table. Yard is dog friendly with great place for them to stretch legs (includes potty bags and can!). Netflix, wifi and other resources available. Laundry facilities clean and tidy. Interested and concerned owner was available if needed via quick text. We will visit again if in the area. Would change one very extremely minor thing that we couldnt figure out. TV Closed captions on and we couldnt figure out but it was not a problem.

Wonderful “Home away from Home”!

This home was so cozy and welcome. It immediately felt like our “home away from home”. Our children had fun looking at the multitude of books, activities, and toys and enjoyed exploring the backyard. We didn’t get the chance, but loved that there was a campfire available in the backyard (next time!!). It was quiet, well-maintained, clean, stocked with everything and more, and just perfect! Very Thoughtful Place

We stayed here while we were in town for a family reunion. It worked for my husband and I, our 3 children as well as my parents. Karla is a very gracious host! Communication was great and the place is stocked with everything you could ever need. We had a great stay!
