Fantastic, we'll equipped house!

The house was spotless when we arrived. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a fun weekend escape. Great location, very close to the beach. Absolutely loved this property.

Great break at Beachbreak

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boomerang Beachbreak. Just a short walk to Boomerang Beach. The house was well equipped. The kids were kept amused with all the games and sporting equipment, including Table Tennis, surfboards and bikes. The kitchen was well stocked with all the modern conveniences. A great place for a family holiday.

great place for our family

The house is located in a cul de sac - perfect for little kids to play infront of house and on the street as well as only a short stroll to beach. It s incredibly well equipped not only the kitchen but lots of entertainment ie dvds books games etc. We were very happy in this house, highly recommended!

Boomerang Beach Late January 2023

Very clean, spacious, adequately equipped kitchen and pantry. Everything we needed was there. Easy walk to beach and well located. Quiet area. Appreciated the bikes, boards( even without fins ) and ping pong table. Property well managed and communication was easy.

Had a wonderful time...

The property and location were great. Kylie was fast at responding to all my questions and made the check in process easy. The accommodation was clean and well looked after and the location was perfect - only a short distance to the beach and a short stroll to the shops. Lots of extras in the kitchen ( condiments, coffee, tea, herbs, etc) and also lot of games and activities available to play. Would highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location and helpful hosts

The location of Beach Break is superb. A short stroll to the beach and at the end of a cul de sac which was great for skateboarding, street cricket etc. The house was equipped with everything to do this too- plus surfboards, boogie boards, beach umbrellas. It was very generous. Kylie was a very attentive host. We experienced a couple of technical difficulties which were sorted out the same day- impressive! We loved our time up in Boomerang which is a very special part of the world.

family friendly place

perfect location for a family looking for a quiet getaway, the property located in a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can safely roam around. short stroke to the beach. The kitchen got all utensils that we require. the nice little deck at the back with gas heat BBQ perfect for a summer lunch or dinner with the family.

We had a much needed relaxing holiday. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Although we were disappointed that there was no ping pong table which was a real hit last time we stayed.

A perfect little getaway

We had a wonderful time visiting Boomerang Beach and staying at Beachbreak, only a short walk to the beach and located in a lovely, quiet cul de sac. You're close to everything you need - shops, cafes, restaurants but also 20 mins from Forster to explore restaurants there or do a shop at coles/woolies. We had everything we needed in this house with our family of 4, including a baby. Kylie and Paul have been very thoughtful about what a family would need - high chair, porta cot, pantry stocked with basics like salt, pepper, seasoning etc, BBQ outside, bedrooms with bunk beds for older kids, garage filled with goodies you might need for the beach or to keep the kids entertained etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, plastic for kids even an espresso machine! The garage was also great for keeping our car out of the scorching sun, especially with kids going in and out. The house itself is modern and clean with air conditioning, and we had a very relaxing getaway. This is a great place for a family or even group of friends to enjoy everything this part of the world has to offer.

Great setup and close to the beach. The townhouse has everything you could think of and catered very well for a family holiday ( along with the worlds squeakiest bunk bed in the kids room - needs a bit of wd40 - minor issue)

It was a wonderful place to stay.

Kylie was very helpful from the beginning of the process. Got to the house, it was just amazing. Plenty of parking space and the house is just 'Wow...' I'm just so shocked how everything you could think off they have it in the house. The beach is really close, and the outdoor shower at the house was very handy for a quick rinse before getting in. Only reason that I gave a 4star is because there is no reception in the house, to make a call we have to go outside to the driveway. Don't really know if it's just our network or with everyone that have stayed at the house, but that's something that drive me crazy. Overall, the place is just beautiful to stay at for a relaxing getaway.
