「Lakeside Boathouse is a cosy property. It is for two couples to get away to a quiet, peaceful place. It was perfect for our needs, as we did spend a lot time fishing while it was close to a workshop a couple of signed up for. I would definitely recommend a nice stay at Lakeside Boathouse. Luisa looks after this property and she is amazing and her communication skills are 10 out 10.」

「We loved many things about our stay, but some things need to be noted given the premium price: 1. The showers have a hose, you need to hold with your hand, so showing is difficult. With that, one of the showers only produced cold water so for 6 people we were a little confined. I saw many comments years ago about this very issue, shame they haven’t installed shower heads as that’s a cheap fix. 2. 「Location was good, being walking distance to One Mile Beach and the sand dunes. There were also a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. The accommodation was not very clean. There was a smell of dog, sticky carpet, stains and lots of dust behind the mattresses and in the toilet area. Price was reasonable but even for an older furnished house the cleanliness issue was not expected.」

「A lovely location for a weekend escape. The only reason for a 4 star was an unfortunate issue with the spa which was no fault of the owner, Becky did everything possible to get it fixed. I would recommend this location and Becky is fabulous. Thanks for everything」

「A lovely home that felt immediately relaxed. We enjoyed the set-up, mood and ease of the home. The back deck with its screened walls was a real treat and became the place we spent all our time in. Two bathrooms was very handy and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'll definitely book again given the opportunity.」

「Great 2bedroom unit in a quiet block. easy walk through to beach. Undercover parking. well shaded for summer. Plenty of heaters for winter. Well supplied kitchen. large smart TV. Compact bathroom and laundry with all appliances. Everything worked so well maintained. Host is easily contactable and obviously takes pride in her unit. Highly recommended.」

My recent stay was quite pleasure
"The room was peaceful and well-maintained, with the twin bed layout providing a unique and personalized space. The bathroom cleverly tucked between the two beds offered a nice sense of privacy. However, I did feel the overall security could be improved. The standard door lock felt a bit lacking in providing a strong sense of safety and protection. This was the only aspect that didn't fully meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed the clean, calm atmosphere of the room and the thoughtful twin bed design. With some enhancements to the security features, this hotel could offer an even more comfortable and worry-free stay for guests. I appreciated the many positive aspects of my visit."
