Welcome to Deerview Cottage, a quaint Carriage House located in the heart of Eagles Nest that offers everything you need for a simple, relaxing vacation in the North Carolina Mountains. Deerview Cottage is a brand new, beautifully furnished home that has living quarters above the 2 car garage.

**Please note that a new home is being built next to the home. Construction may be ongoing May-Sat 7am-7pm**

Inside, you will find a king size bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from Frigidaire appliances, electric range, a coffee pot, toaster and plenty of utensils. There is also a dining area large enough for 6 people! There are flat screen TV's in the bedroom and living room that are Roku compatible! Grab a glass of wine and head outside to sit by the fire pit and enjoy all that the beautiful North Carolina Mountains has to offer.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- The property owners uses 3 outdoor cameras to ensure the safety of their home. One is by the gutter for the walkway to the front entrance. One is on the entrance pointed towards the new construction, and the other is in the garage. No cameras monitor the inside of the home.
- Guest do not have access to park inside of the garage.
- All homes with Eagles Nest access have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
