I only checked two boxes for the search filters, kitchen and fireplace. I did not learn until I called the property to let them know I would be checking in after hours, halfway through my 6 hr drive to the property, that the fireplace was not working. I double-checked the original posting, and there was nothing stated about the fireplace not working. The property is older and a little beat-up, but it is clean and has plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. The photos show one view of the living room, which is nice, but when you see it in person, there’s nothing else there. There’s just a hollow, empty feeling to the place. It’s not decorated to give a cozy moubtain feeling. The large, nice mountain stag artwork in the living room has an oddly overly ornate frame set at an odd position on the wall as if the rest of the furnishings recently abandoned it. The place just seems neglected and sad. There is a weird smell in the bedroom, like sweaty man odor. The mattress on the lamp/left side is deeply furrowed. The upstairs neighbor walking/moving about noise is extremely loud. I had to put on grey noise on my phone to try to block it out. It took a minute to figure out, but the heating does work. The balcony has a beautiful view. The kitchen has all the basics, but bring your own salt, pepper, spices, or olive oil, etc. The staff in the main office is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The suite was clean. The space is large and roomy with plenty of blankets, and kitchen pans, appliances, and dishware. Check-in and out was easy and staff friendly. Location is very nice with a great view from all suites. Enjoyed the real wood fireplace. Bought some logs at local store and starter at Lowe's. Cons:The stove eye was unattached and did not work. There was no knob on the living room wall heater, luckily my husband had a tool we used to turn it up and down. The bathtub drained very slowly and I hate standing in bath water.

Fridge exterior coverd in rust.. outlets are very flimsy and dont hold cord... oder in apartment.. Ceiling fan was raining dust when turned on lights and no off switch.. tv wont turn on.. photos on website dont match what we staid in and not very homey..ice build up on steps at entry way making it very slippery i would have ben happy with ikea furniture instead of good will donated wrip dining room chars and grandmas mismatch 70s furniture... ohh electric outlets overe heat rails making outlets unusable for safety reasons..

Great place to stay at Sugar! The condo was spacious yet cozy. Very clean. The staff were very friendly! I have no complaints! You do have to either drive down to the bottom parking or take the shuttle down to ski. The bus stop is very close to the condos which was nice. And of course the view was amazing! We will be back!

Good location, although it is high up in the mountain, but it has a beautiful view and the lodge we stayed at was huge. Now some cons. The place is outdated and it needs some repair. The shower door in one the bathrooms was broken. It took about 2 days for the living room area to heat up. We asked for a hearer but they ran out. The place needed better cleaning.
