It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. 「We had a great time staying at this little cabin. It was very nice for our short anniversary trip. We arrived on a Monday evening and had a very easy time getting in. When you get there the first thing you notice is that this cabin is really, really in the woods. It was so nice and that was what I was looking for when I booked. 「We had a fabulous time here! This was a great location. Not only was it close to historic sites, downtown Harper’s Ferry, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the river (as did our dog!). While this is a back unit to the host's home, they were were hospitable, friendly, made an effort to give us privacy and allowed us full use of all the amenities. We were concerned about privacy, but had no issues and would absolutely recommend this place. It was also a great neighborhood for our dog to walk/run...
