Home was spacious and nearby historic shepherdstown. There was no need for contact with owner as everything with check-in was easy an home was as described an expected.

Nice house and in a great location. May want to consider soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the showers and a curtain in the hall bathroom. Otherwise it was great.

The house was in a perfect location and area. We were the first to rent out this particular location. Very spacious and clean. The only downside was missing items that you would typically find in a rental. All of them were very small items, such as hand soap and good wash towels and washcloths. there was a brand new dryer, but unfortunately, the electrical outlets didn’t have the correct connections,I never got the check-in code for the door so there may have been a mixup on that notification. I did speak to the property owner and they were very appreciative to feedback. I would definitely rent the home again whenever visiting the area.
