"Nice and clean hotel. Got free shuttle to the airport which super convenient. "

"Property had about 6 cars in the parking lot so obviously many vacancies. my event nearby started at 2pm so I tried to check in 3 hours early. Considering how empty they were I thought no problem. They however told me there would be a fee for early check-in unless I wanted to come back in about 45 minutes? When returning they (what seemed begrudgingly) assigned me a room. Upon getting to my room 311 I found the door wide open, as the maid was preparing to clean the room, it had not been cleaned! She told me I could go back downstairs and request another room, but I had to get to my event ant that would have made me late!! I informed her I would leave my bag in the closet intuit I had no other choice at that time. Beyond that, The towel bar in the bathroom which was hanging off the wall was further discouraging! Will never return there for sure!!"

"We arrive 15 minutes early and was told our room would be ready in a short time, it was an hour later. We expected to use the hotel shuttle to go 3.3 miles away to the Meadowlands sports complex and was told that’s not an option, even though it is advertised on the website."

"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast? I was told it started at 6am. I waited until 6am to get on the road because I wanted to take a cup of coffee with me. At 6am there was nothing out, not even coffee. The person getting it ready in the back room was slow. She saw me waiting and said nothing. The sink drain was clogged. The shower did not work well. The tub drain had 90% of the water coming out of it and 10% came from the showerhead. There was no way of fixing it."

"Much upkeep was needed for this hotel. would not recommend. Breakfast in a bag is not what anyone's idea of a continental breakfast. The parking lot had huge potholes everywhere. The room and hallways had spackle and water stains everywhere. Not Ideal. The bathroom needs a lot of TLC, the toilet had a crack in it. rust everywhere. "
