「It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. The lighting of the room is very poor and very dim, the whole facilities are not well equipped, the bath is very uncomfortable, the two single beds are very small, and the...

「The WiFi speed is very weak. It cannot support to browse general website or search travel information. Also, the water pressure is also weak in the bathroom. It makes the water temperature became very unstable. 」

「very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. However, offering enough water to take a shower is also essential. I stayed for 5 nights, but the breakfast is the same every day. if there are some changes, it will be great.」
