Muffiger Geruch bei der Ankunft , Außenfassade braucht dringend einen Anstrich , fleckige Innenwände , lose Fußleisten , säuerlich riechender Holzofen , rostiges Gestell in der Dusche , verdreckte Grillroste , Töpfe, Teller und Gläser, die vor der Benutzung noch in der Spülmaschine schmutzig waren , ein durch Kalk aufgedrehter Wasserkocher, der so schmutzig war, dass man daraus nicht trinken wollte ............
